A SPOKESMAN for Zimbabwe's Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai said the leader's grandson has drowned less than a month after Mr Tsvangirai's wife was killed in a road crash.
James Maridadi said Mr Tsvangirai was attending a planning conference for ministers in Zimbabwe's unity government, and rushed home.

The spokesman said today that Mr Tsvangirai's four-year-old grandson
Shaun drowned in the swimming pool at the prime minister's home on Saturday.

The little boy was the son of Mr Tsvangirai's second son, Garikai, who lives in Canada but was in Harare following the death of Mr Tsvangirai's wife Susan in a car crash last month.
