Youth missing in Tenerife

A BRITISH teenager has gone missing while on holiday in Tenerife, the Foreign Office confirmed last night.
The 17-year-old was reported missing after failing to return to his hotel in the popular resort of Playa de las Americas in the south of the island.

Last night, a spokeswoman for the Foreign Office said: "We can confirm a 17-year-old British male went missing in Tenerife on 4 September .

"We are providing consular assistance."
