UN boss hopeful over Burma

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon headed back to New York today, saying he hoped Burma's military regime would honour its promise to open up cyclone-hit areas of the country to foreign aid workers.
Ban yesterday secured £50 million of offers from donor nations to help the country recover from Cyclone Nargis.
