Torture memos 'a security threat'

THE CIA have told a US judge that releasing documents about its interrogations would damage national security.
Agency director Leon Panetta wrote to judge Alvin Hellerstein to say that to publish CIA documents on "enhanced interrogation techniques", described by critics as torture, would undermine anti-terrorism work.
