United States: Scientists have welcomed the signing by President Barack Obama of an executive order to allow funding of broader research into stem cells.
Scientists hope to use embryonic stem cells to regenerate diseased cells.

The ones that will eventually be abused, thats who. "If" is the biggest word in the english language, and you know it is more like "when" vs "if". Greed is always lurking, it's too great a temptation for some out there.
