Parents held after girl, 5, falls to death

Brazil: Police have arrested the father and stepmother of a five-year-old girl allegedly thrown to her death from a sixth-floor apartment window.
Alexandre Nardoni and his wife Anna Carolina Jatoba were taken into custody over the death in March of Isabella de Oliveira Nardoni.

United States: Ohio woman Heather Silverman, 25, who started a fire that killed her young son and baby daughter has been sentenced to at least 30 years in prison.
