ZIMBABWEAN president Robert Mugabe, left, will begin talks in South Africa next week with rival Morgan Tsvangirai.
The two men agreed on Monday to formal discussions about sharing power to end Zimbabwe's crisis. European Union foreign ministers yesterday agreed to strengthen sanctions against Mugabe.
