Man guilty of burning ex-partner

A JURY in Martinique found a man guilty of murder after he set his ex-girlfriend on fire in front of a town hall three years ago.
Patrick Mariello, 32, was sentenced to 20 years in prison. He said he was upset she never told him she had an affair with his best friend. The killing shocked residents and police in the capital Fort-de-France.
