Israel PM calls for Palestine talks

ISRAELI prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called for an immediate resumption of peace talks with Palestinians and pledged more steps to improve economic conditions in Palestinian areas.
He told an assembly of Jewish groups: "I believe there is no time to waste; we need to move toward peace with a sense of urgency."
