BURMA'S main opposition party said yesterday that it hopes a visit today by a United Nations special envoy will help restart talks between the pro-democracy leader, Aung San Suu Kyi, who remains under house arrest, and the ruling military junta.
Ibrahim Gambari is spending five days promoting national reconciliation.
