Health workers reused syringes

A HEPATITIS C outbreak affecting more than 80 people and exposing tens of thousands more was caused by workers reusing syringes at a Las Vegas clinic.
It led to the biggest public health notification plan in US history.

The risk of getting Hepatatis C from a used syringe is probably not the sort of gamble that one should have in mind when visiting Las Vegas.
