Farmer has eyes gouged out in front of his family

ARMED assailants attacked a man and gouged out his eyes in front of his family during a gruesome assault in southern Afghanistan, officials said yesterday.
Sayed Ghulam, 52, who is now recovering in hospital, said three armed men knocked on his door in the Sangin district of Helmand province late on Thursday.

After he opened the door, they punched him in the face, put the barrel of a Kalashnikov ri
fle in his mouth and gouged out his eyes with a knife in the presence of his wife and seven children.

"I was crying, along with my children and wife, who was screaming for help, but they didn't listen," Ghulam said.

Ghulam, a farmer, said he does not know why he was attacked. "I don't have any enemies. But they were not letting me talk. They put the AK-47 in my mouth and they were punching me."

Daoud Ahmadi, the spokesman for Helmand's governor, blamed Taleban fighters for the attack, saying that the militants often kill innocent Afghans.

Ahmadi said: "Ghulam didn't have any link with the government or Nato forces. He was a normal man, but these killers took out his eyes in front of his family. I don't know what kind of heart these killers have."

Taleban spokesman Qari Yousef Ahmadi denied that Taleban fighters were involved: "Whenever we carry out an attack we claim responsibility. We didn't gouge out this man's eyes."

Taleban militants sometimes carry out harsh punishments on people they accuse of being thieves or "spies" for the Afghan government. Such punishments include having hands cut off or being tarred and paraded publicly.

Why the Western military is in these festering Muslim fleapits begs more questions than answers. If America wants to play Big Brother then for christ's sake let them do it alone.

Too many allied lives lost and maimed over recent years for no good reason. This dismal report just reveals one more day in the savage medieval lives of Muslim fundamentalist filth. Leave them to violate one another. This is what they have done from time immemorial. Maybe in time they can eliminate their entire population entirely on their own, but don't hold out too much hope.

Like , will these innocent 7 children ever get over the gruesome act of watching their father have his eyes cut out of his head.

I have all ways said, in my life to date . That Religion is a cancer of the mind and the cause which drives humans to do unspeakable brutal acts of violence on fellow humans.

This is yet another brutal example, of religious mind control from religious fanatics.

Catch those responsible for this crime . lay them on their backs.
And pipette a couple of drops of Aqua Regia into each eye .and up their nostrils ,and on thier tougue and into each ear . Not forgetting 6 dropson thier genitals.
Then after one hour they are free to go.

aqua regia = 3 HCl + HNO3
very dangeruous stuff
(will dissolve GOLD and definitely flesh)

Very inexpensive method of physical control against those criminals.

Be him/her a Muslim or Christian or Hindu etc . it matters not.

Its always been like that . it is like that, and it will continue to be like that.

An American in an F-18 blowing up a building from a sky high position vs: and bunch of guys ripping out another dude's eyes .

Only difference here, is the proximity of the criminal to the crime scene.

On that score, I think the American is less fanatical.
But his/her crime is equal in brutality.

We cannot bring democracy to the middle east, the middle east must evolve. In the mean time stop allowing them to come here for the next few hundred years.

Islam should be left to kill itself in the region without our inteference. As long as we are their they have someone to aim at and blame.

We should also consider limiting the number of people from the area and religion to enter our western world. When doctors are suicide bombers what is the point is trusting any of them.

We could speed up the process by stragically bombing keys location of power and control.

We should centainly not be trying to police it and loosing our brave soldiers day after day to save the pride of our elected dip schit leaders.

The military should not be winning hearts and winds they are designed and trained to shoot hearts and minds.

So many dead soldiers, so little point.
