Drunken lawyer's musical exit

THE trial of an alleged child abuser was halted in Austria yesterday because the accused's lawyer was drunk. He was unable to speak to the judge, fell asleep as his client was asked questions and was finally told to leave the court.
As he collected his paperwork, he sang Don't Cry For Me Argentina.

Perhaps he should have offered the judge a drink as well to get a lighter sentence.
