Dominica arrests Haiti quake 'lawyer'

DOMINICAN police yesterday arrested a fugitive who acted as lawyer for US missionaries accused of kidnapping 33 Haitian children. Jorge Puello, 32, was the group's legal adviser but authorities said he was wanted for trafficking women and children in the US and El Salvador.
The National Drug Control Agency said he was arrested in the capital, Santo Domingo.
