This type of mob mentality and action must be stopped. Had Snr. Garcia been dealt with appropriately after his fist conviction - i.e., had been hung - this affray would not have occured and it unlikely he would have been missed .... certainly not by his many future victims.

Naaah, let the mob get him. Government execution is too civilised some times.

Unfortunately lads, here in Europe we do not have execution's ...more to the pity...we, the public want it for our dangerous criminals, but apparently it affects their human rights!! They have no human rights once they commit a crime such as child abuse.

In Europe sex offenders might get 2 years, and get out in 1 for good behaviour. It beggers belief...

The Lord of Hosts established the government of men, so that all in society might live in harmony. Yet, He also established definate laws with regards to those who commit murder, etc.

A great many in our society do not desire to severely punish those who are guilty of such heinous crimes, for they know in their hearts that they are not without sin. Thy do not wish to be judged, so they cry out for the rights of the accused. In the United States, Europe, and many other countries, we do not give thought to the rights of the victims of these predators. More the shame. We do not weigh their pain and suffering as we ought, when judging such vermin.

I believe in the loving kindness and foregiveness of a merciful God. At the sme time, I also believe in the enforcement of our civil and criminal laws. Even the death penalty. Such crimes are not tolerated in many middle eastern countries, which is a very strong deterent to repeat offenders. After all, they do not repeat their acts of depravity, for they are either dead or buried deep inside prisons, never to see the light of freedom again.

In the United States, there is no true justice in our courts. Our judiciary is so caught up in the letter of the law that they have lost sight of the spirit of the law. They are great learned men, who lack the wisdom to use this wealth of knowledge, thereby they have become educated idiots. For they strain at a nat and swallow a camel.

When I was studying Criminal Law, one of my professors told me that the best way to reduce crime in society is the assurance of swift and just punishment for the offender. All our current system does is breed more offenders and encourage repeat offenders to add to their ever growing tally of innocent victims. It aint gonna get any better any time soon. In fact, you can count on it becoming much worse, where justice will be a thing of the past.

P.S. Actually, true justice is, even now, a thing of the past. I beleive that we will see more events where surviving family members will be forced to exact their own kind of justice from the offender, because our courts will not. Can you blame them?
