Cambodia role for ousted Thai PM

CAMBODIA has appointed the ousted prime minister of neighbouring Thailand, Thaksin Shinawatra, as an adviser on the economy.
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen's public embrace of Mr Thaksin – a divisive figure in Thailand – follows a border dispute that has led to skirmishes over the past year and a half.
