Boy dies after accident with mother's gun

Puerto Rico: A four-year-old boy accidentally killed himself with his police officer mother's gun as she dropped her children off at school in San Juan.

The gun is said to have fallen between the two front seats of the car and the boy picked it up and shot himself in the face.
