A BRITON convicted of having sex on a Dubai beach was re-arrested as he prepared to board a flight back to the UK.
Vince Acors, 34, of London, was due arrive at Heathrow today following his deportation from the Gulf state, but he was detained at Dubai Airport last night and returned to jail as his flight confirmation was allegedly "not in order".

Acors and Michelle Palmer, 36, of Rutland, were initially given three-month jail terms for unmarried sex and public indecency, but these were suspended on appeal.

He had been due to return last Friday but a hold-up in the deportation process meant he was unable to board a Heathrow-bound plane and spent the weekend in jail.

His lawyer, Andrew Crossley, said: "The return of Vince Acors has been delayed yet again and he will not be returning to the UK.

"The situation is close to becoming farcical.

"He has been returned to jail, his return is unknown."

Gee!

I bet he wishes he'd stopped what he was doing and gone indoors when the policeman who happened upon them asked him to do so for the SECOND time at least.

This pair are so unbelievably stupid that they deserve all they get and more beisdes. The Dubai cop warned them TWICE about their behaviour and threatened to arrest them if they continued. No matter how drunk they were, if they had any sense then they would have left the beach and gone back to their hotel.

Keeping them locked in a Dubai jail has at least one major benefit---it's keeping the average intelligence of the UK population just that little bit higher for just a little bit longer.

I bet the Dubai Tourism Board just loves these headlines. What a boost they must be.

Do as the Romans?????

Surely that should apply for all, yet it seems only to apply when the west goes east and not vice versa.
