THE Dalai Lama's envoy claims "concrete proposals" were made during talks between Tibet's exiled government and Chinese officials.

I saw the Chinese ambassador to the UK on TV last night. Fear of something and threatening something was written over her every answer, it got so bad I had to switch the sound off. If she wasn't cringing wondering whether she was going to make a mistake and be hauled back to Bejing for medical experiments such as donating both her kidneys she was threatening Gordon Brown that how dare he be the only Western leader who was meeting the Da Lai Lama as China was most unhappy about it. Well GOOD is all I can say to that. What a snivelling wreck of an individual representing a failed country and a failed race who cower in their hovels instead of throwing monsters like her and those she represents on the scrap heap of history. They say we get the government we deserve, well the Chinese certainly have that. Why Jon Snow wasted a moment on thinking she would answer off her own bat I don't know, he would have been better to speak to the puppet master not one of the puppets. Hair looked quite nice though, what a pity there's no brain hiding under it.
