A MAN who was prevented from creating an MOT station has been told by Holyrood he can press ahead with his plans.
Abid Hussain lost his planning bid for the unit in Broxburn last March when West Lothian Council ruled it would cause too much noise.

Following an appeal, the Scottish Government ruled he can continue with his plans.
