VENEZUELA is sending food, water and medicine to Zimbabwe to tackle a cholera epidemic that has killed over 1500 people.
Justice Minister Tarek El Aissami says Venezuela will send rescue workers with 74 tons of humanitarian aid. President Hugo Chavez, pictured, last month, expressed full support for embattled President Robert Mugabe.

I worked in Uganda some years ago in the days of Milton Obote and asked what the difference was between a politician seeking office and one in office to be told that it was about 40 kilos! all the politicians and senior service officers (and their wives) are "well built" and nothing seems to have altered!

After all is said and done Hugo Chavez is a very good generous man who likes to help others in need.
