Pair charged with 2006 island killing
TWO men have been charged in the British Virgin Islands with murdering Vincent Connolly, 50, from Dorset, who was shot and killed in October 2006, in the first homicide in seven years on the normally tranquil island of Virgin Gorda.
Mr Connolly had been managing the renovation of an upmarket resort, and police said one of his contractors had hired the gunman after a cash dispute.
