A WOMAN captured on CCTV in Belgium a week ago with a young girl resembling Madeleine McCann has failed to come forward despite appeals.
Private detectives for the missing child's parents, Gerry and Kate McCann, are desperately trying to find the woman, who was filmed with a blonde youngster in Brussels last Monday.
Meanwhile, it emerged that most of the Portuguese officers who looked for the girl after she vanished last May had no formal training in missing people searches.
