Singer Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony have named their twins Max and Emme almost a fortnight after they were born.
The Latino star's manager Simon Fields yesterday confirmed the babies' names.

The twins were born at a Long Island hospital on February 22, with 5lb 7oz Emme arriving about 15 minutes before her 6lb brother.

Fields said Lopez, a first-time m
other at 39, was "thrilled" at the babies' arrival.

NAOMI FLIES HOME

Supermodel Naomi Campbell has left a Brazilian hospital after undergoing surgery to remove a cyst last week.

The model was flown from the Sirio-Libanes Hospital in the city of Sao Paolo in an attempt to avoid the crowds of photographers and TV camera crews camped outside.

Mirtes Bogea, a spokesman for the hospital, said the 37-year-old model had "recovered very well from her surgery". She added: "Doctors signed her release and she left in a helicopter that someone sent to pick her up."

HARRY POTTY

Prince Charles is a "big fan" of the Harry Potter books, according to actress Julie Walters.

She revealed the Prince's love of JK Rowling's young wizard after being presented with a CBE last week.

The award was presented to her by the Prince of Wales, and afterwards Walters told how he spoke of his affection for the Edinburgh-born author's work.

Walters played Ron Weasley's mother in the popular Potter films.

WELLER NEVER

Amy Macdonald, the Glasgow-born singing sensation, has revealed how one of her musical heroes paid her the ultimate compliment.

Macdonald told how she supported Paul Weller, ex-lead singer of The Jam, on his European tour last year.

She recalled: "He would stand on the stage every night when I was playing. Then, backstage on the last night, he burst out into the chorus of 'Run' and said 'That's a beautiful song'."

Macdonald added: "He wrote some of the greatest hits I can remember, so for somebody like that to say it was a beautiful song was a huge pat on the back."
