Eating disorder risk for jockeys

JOCKEYS are at risk of eating disorders and feeling depressed when trying to slim down for races, researchers said today.
Experts at Brunel University in London described how jockeys embarked on extreme programmes to get their weight down, known as "wasting", which could include fasting, excessive use of saunas and taking laxatives.
