Challenge to police shooting inquiry

THE sister of a barrister shot dead by police yesterday won permission to bring a High Court challenge over the handling of the Independent Police Complaints Commission's inquiry into his death.
Mark Saunders, 32, was killed on 6 May at his flat in London. His sister, Charlotte, 26, is seeking a ruling that officers were unlawfully allowed to collaborate and send a written report to the IPCC.
