Rebel army leader kills his deputy

JOSEPH Kony, the shadowy leader of the Ugandan rebel Lord's Resistance Army, has admitted killing his deputy, Vincent Otti.
Kony, who is wanted on charges of crimes against humanity, said in an interview that Otti died because he showed "no discipline".
