THREE of the biggest acts of the 1990s will headline this year's T in the Park festival.
Rage against the Machine, REM and The Verve are the headline acts at Scotland's largest outdoor music festival, which will take place over the weekend of 11-13 July at Balado, near Kinross.
Manchester band The Verve will headline the main stage on
Friday, a night which will also see performances by Stereophonics, KT Tunstall and Feeder.
Supporting Rage against The Machine on Saturday will be The Fratellis, Kaiser Chiefs and The Kooks, while the closing night line-up - headed by REM - includes Kings of Leon, Prodigy and Primal Scream.
Festival Director Geoff Ellis said: "We're delighted that the buzz surrounding T in the Park continues to grow. We strive to keep the line up fresh and exciting and continue to work with all our event partners to ensure that we offer the best festival experience possible for fans.
"We look forward to welcoming the greatest audience in the world back to Balado in July and as always, I'd like to urge fans not to buy tickets from any unauthorised sources".
Organisers expect 80,000 music lovers to attend the festival. Tickets will go on sale tomorrow (Saturday) at 9am on the official
T in the Park website.
