Superstores to dish up taste of Scots tradition
TWO Edinburgh supermarkets are launching a range of traditional Scottish foods, after a survey found many young Scots do not know what Cullen Skink is.
Waitrose's Made in Britain campaign follows the Country Living Magazine survey into traditional British food.
Three out of four young adults had never come across Cullen Skink, with almost half believing the celebrated Scottish fish and potato soup was in fact a stew made with venison.
