Space walk is a towering success

TWO astronauts unhooked a 35,000lb girder from the International Space Station yesterday, starting the delicate process of moving the giant solar power tower to another part of the orbiting outpost.
Scott Parazynski and Daniel Tani conducted the work in a six-and-a-half-hour space walk.
