CALLS have been made for all abandoned Scottish hospital buildings to be examined, after private patient data was found at a disused site.
X-rays marked with patients' names, photographs and other paperwork were found at the derelict Law Hospital in Carluke. NHS Lanarkshire says it is investigating.

The finding came to light after Gary Whittle, an amateur photographer, took shots inside the hospital.

The latest discovery comes only months after records were found at a disused hospital in Dundee.

Labour and the Liberal Democrats said such derelict sites should be examined to prevent such an incident happening again.

Labour and Lib/Dems are having a laugh? Who was in power when the buildings closed? Spot on!

#1 Who is power now and responsible for the security of these buildings?

The SNPites are quick to point out that everything that happned in the past was the fault of the previous govt...
But slow to admit that many good things that happen today were planned or brought to fruition by the previous govts...however they are not slow to try and take the plaudits...commonwealth games, any medical advance and the SNP are there talking up their minimal involvement.....

So far we have seen Dr Richard Simpson and Robert Brown being highly critical of the fact that confidential files appear to have been lying in a deserted, and comprehensively vandalised, former hospital facility for the past seven years.
Both these comedians were in positions of government when this hospital was closed and for several years afterwards.Simpson might even have had something to do with the Health function in that time.

Like Magrit Curran and her new found interest in the welfare of people who have in many instances been her constituents for the past ten years or in the charge of her recently departed colleague, Mr Marshall, for decades these politicians must think we are all to thick to make the obvious connections.
