SUPERMODEL Kate Moss and her rock star boyfriend, Jamie Hince, paid a visit to a Capital joke shop this week.
The celebrity couple were spotted drinking in a Victoria Street pub before Hince's band, The Kills, played the Liquid Room on Tuesday night.

However, the News has learned they also called in to Armstrong's Vintage Emporium and Costume Ha Ha on the Grassmarket, where staff said they bought a number of "novelty items".

Nobody at the shop was willing to confirm the exact nature of the purchases.

Jane Barrow of Armstrong's said: "They came in had a look around the shop.

"They were a lovely couple, and she was looking beautiful as always."

Moss and Hince, who have plans to marry in the summer, also enjoyed drinks in the Bow Bar and a meal at The Witchery.

The party continued after the gig, as the couple visited the Opal Lounge nightclub, before leaving in a taxi in the early hours of the morning.

"She looked beautiful as always" - I am no oil painting but I don't rate Kate Moss at all. She is a chav with good make up.

Tell us Evening News was she actually walking? Does she do what we do? I have heard a rumour that she blinks sometimes. What about breathing does she breath in and out or is it out and in?

Stop trying to make news! Just report actual news.

I am sure I would be terribly interested in all of this if only I knew who they were. Is Mz Moss perhaps part of the Moss Bros dynasty?

#4 I wish I hadn't bothered with her. We had a quickie on the steps over from the pub while "Jamie" was in the bogs. Far too skinny - and I had to go to the chemists for some benzyl benzoate on Wednesday.

Hello,

#3 If you put on the TV she stars in quite a few adverts. If you saw her face on TV in one of those adverts you'd recognise her. She used to be with the Babyshambles lead singer and had a kid with him. Before they met she looked great. After they met she lost a lot of weight and started taking drugs. Hopefully the current partner will treat her a lot better.

Do you think local papers in London, Manchester, Liverpool or Glasgow publish a story every time someone famous buys something in a shop in that city?

No; so why do the Evening News? Pathetic.
