A BRANCH of the Nationwide Building Society in Dundee has been damaged in a fire yesterday morning.
The blaze began at the back of the Reform Street branch at 7:45am and quickly spread into the building.
Tayside Fire and Rescue sent five engines and contained the fire by lunchtime.
There was smoke damage to the first-floor property, also owned by Nationwide.
Tayside Police closed the road in the morning and were last night still investigating the cause of the incident.
