Oh how wrong you are GC. Putin now heads the "party", just like the depots before him (Stalin, Lenin, Kruzchev, etc). They were "party" leaders, not heads of State. Putin has managed to revert Russia back to the days of Communism without a shot fired. Pretty impressive. The "party" now has plans to change the constitution to allow both Putin and Medvodev to stay in office longer. No matter what you think of Bush, 8 years is the max in the US. No life long dictators need apply.

SouthernGent,

Hey Dude
How many people has Putin killed during his 8 years in power, by attacking a country who did not attack Russia, and trashing its entire infrastructure and killing tens thousands of its people.

versus : Our evil Pres. G W Bush.

I am speaking of the second millenium AD period.

Dude, for as long as we have the greatest military power and the largest NUKE arsenal . I as an American feel, the rest of the World should be very afraid of our country the USA.

And if another Bush clone gets elected, only a NUKE power like Russia can stop him, from attempting what would result in a world nuke disaster.

The saddest part of all, is that the evil Bush was handed the presidency by the US Supreme Court, and worse, less Americans voted for Bush than for Gore.
Gore receive more of th popular votes. ..A FACT dude.

U can forget our bizarre electoral college its "the old boys club". It has nothing to do with Democracy as Bush squawks about.

We are a Constitution-based federal republic, which uses a form of pseudo Democracy. pretending to be something we are not.

Hopefully the nightmare of the past 8 years will cease on January 20 , 2009 with a non-GOP dude, getting elected to the WH.

Happy Stupidity Day

>"by attacking a country who did not attack Russia..."

Like Afghanistan? Are you upset that Russia attacked Afghanistan before Putin was running things, or that Bush succeeded when Russia didn't?

And what does Bush have to do with Putin being the Party Chief anyway? Are all of you BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrome) so one dimensional that you are incapable about grasping any other discussion?

This is the same statement that you made concerning the Pope and the Catholic Church on that thread - it's all Bush's fault!

GC, you're too shallow to make a decent wading pool.

Bush and Cheney have constantly manipulated the truth so that the American voters were conned into a war that has so far cost the lives of 4,000 US troops 30,000 Maimed US troops . Almost $1 trillion of our tax dollars.

As for the dead Iraqi's including the women and children Bush and Cheney discount them. They are the terrorists according to B&C.

82% of Americans now reject this war, but we are so stupid it took us 5 years to realaise Bush and Cheney screwed all of us.

In 10 months from now B&C will be history, and they will ride off into their multi-million dollar life styles .
Whilst the thousands of American families will struggle in grief and poverty over their lost sons and daughters .. And the bands will play GBA and the Flags will fly. .

ALL FOR WHAT dude.To make America safer. What a sick joke this WAR is .

Happy Inferno Heat Day in Arizona dude,

How silly of me (and others) to argue with a stoner. Its kind of like arguing with a 2 yr old. Not worth the effort.
