Hello Robert; yes N B excellent wee town; in days gone bye city people used to holiday in N B taking a house for the week or so; city folk also used to take a house in Portobello, well Joppa actually.
Re " pants"- yes some people are better off in the U S of A.
Thought.
Old time footballers used to play in " knickers".
Soo back issues of sporting sections or indeed the pink.

The pound sterling is worth double it's value in the U.S.A.. So Scots are better off when they take their money to America. It's a good time for a visit, but I hear many People their are hurting financially, house market, ets...well...except for Art patrons and that ilk. Though I must ask...Tom...what do pants, the USA and an editor's job in Shetland have to do with the above story? I do agree, however, with you that NB is lovely.
