I read a lot about loan players sitting on the bench as substitutes ,,, eh sorry guys, just exactly which bench are they talking about ,,, the last time I was at Ibrox, the management and subs were lounging on plush red swanky spacious leather armchairs ,,,, I was sat in a grubby tacky little plastic bucket seat, with a restricted view, getting wet in rain,,,,,, (oops sorry I should have added, I paid about 30 quid for the privilagre ,,,,,,,,,,)

#2 Possibly not but then Fergie will get the best out of him. If he signs him his confidence will shoot up immediately - what he needs - at which point he'll probably score more. Plus he'll be in a team creating loads of chances. Let's face it, a proven goalscorer for no money other than a wage of @ £60k isn't bad. Get him signed for a year with an extention clause in Jan and it's probably a good deal. Remember, it's world cup year in 2010 so he's got a very big incentive to play well.

A few years back Rangers would have been in for him.

He'll do well at United, nice one Fergie.

Can't agree with no.5,I don't think Owen would be interested in a move to Berwick even though it is close to Newcastle.

This is a strange one as Cardiff seem to have money to blow, surely the wage demands on this are going to kill a deal at Hearts we`re supposed to be skint right ?
