Camilla sparkles in the Queen's necklace

THE Duchess of Cornwall borrowed an eye-catching necklace from the Queen last night as they both attended a banquet in Uganda.
Accompanied the Prince of Wales, Camilla wore a large tiara and necklace featuring five rows of diamonds. It was previously a favourite of the Queen Mother.

She and the Queen looked relaxed and joked with each other at the event for the leaders of Commonwealth countries in Kampala.

Earlier, Prince Charles was confronted with the harsh reality of slum living when he met former prostitutes on a tour of one of the city's poorest districts. He visited a centre where sex workers are retrained to find legitimate work.

The visit is believed to be the first time in 33 years that the prince has joined the Queen on a foreign trip in an official capacity.

Like the royal spin doctor's announcement that Camilla - the great grandaughter of Edward V11th's number one concubine Alice Keppel - and not the queen, will break the champer's bottle at the launching of the next floating advertisement for the monarchy this 'sparkler' is just another ploy in their campaign to con the public into accepting Camilla as queen consort,a role they said she didn't want in their 'Will they, won't tie the knot'period.

let's go back to the fact that this scurrilous woman became his second wife in the first place. it's disgraceful, you're all right, courtesan, marriage wrecker, royal stable studette is what she is, a disgrace to the monarchy. she belongs in the Tower for what she did to openly ruin the marriage of HRH Diana and Charles, and he's a low life amoral twit for making her legal. Queen some day? Hope not.

We dislike Camilla greatly in the USA. I cannot understand how the people in Britain, are allowing the Royal Family to continually shove her down their throats in an attempt to slowly over time get them to accept her. It is disgusting. The citizens are paying for this disgusting union and in truth Prince Charles should pass the crown to his son, Prince William. You never should accept Camilla!!!! Never, she should be filed away in the circular file....that would be for garbage. Terribly scandal that will never go away and a woman such as this should not get anywhere near the crown or have any influence over a King.

That's a bit harsh!
Both she and he only wanted what everyone else aspires to. The opportunity to 'exchange bodily fluids' with someone they really fancied. By all accounts (I'm sure there are plenty of them) they are happy with their situation.
Leave the obscenely rich buggers alone!
It's a well established principle that only the "poor" have a need to 'have and to hold forever', the rich, as they always have, can change partners at any time or whim.

I think the Queen just wants her son Charles & other members of her family to be happy. There has been so much unhappiness. I blame those who "bugged" the phones & employees who were disloyal to their employers & the Royal family. I blame them too for being so aggressive in their need to let the world know about the phone converstions and their relentless pursuit of Diana. They had no damn respect for anything or anybody. Because of them, she lost her life, Dodi died and his father has never stopped yapping about conspiricy, and other nonsense. Nobody can know who will reign when Elizabeth no longer wears the crown. I doubt very much if Camilla will have much to say if Charles should ascend the throne.
It will be interesting to see what does happen in the future. For now, Long Live the Queen. I like her.
