AN 18-YEAR-OLD has become Britain's youngest mother of conjoined twins.
Laura Williams, from Shrewsbury, Shropshire, had twin girls, Faith and Hope, joined from the breastbone to the navel, by Caesarean section at University College Hospital, London, yesterday morning.

Not a very nice comment to make, these young parents made a brave decission, they are an example to us all and BTW, the father has a job and don't state sponge.
