JOHN PRESCOTT has vowed to eat fish and chips only as part of a balanced diet following a home visit from chef Gordon Ramsay who demonstrated some healthy eating options.
The former deputy prime minister, who has previously revealed that he suffered from bulimia, said: "You just have to stop, it's discipline."
