A MAN who was jailed for eight years and eight months after being caught with a horde of child porn is set to have his sentence reviewed.
The Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission - which examines potential miscarriages of justice - has referred the case of Jason Jordan, 43, from Dunfermline, to the High Court.

In February 2006 he admitted downloading the images - including photos of babies being subjected to sexual abuse by men.

Police found 8,000 illegal images on his computer.
