FRESH calls have been made for Scotland to adopt a system of presumed consent for organ donations.
Lothians MSP George Foulkes backed calls by a House of Lords committee for action to increase awareness about organ donation.

But he added that he hoped the Scottish Government would go further and move towards an opt-out system.

I believe the Chinese have a foolproof method, assuming the recipient is happy that no blood typing is done before hand. Or indeed where the organ comes from.
