THREE months ago the Scottish Parliament approved the Government's £30 billion budget for 2008-9. It is a process that has happened every year since 1999, but most outside parliament (and many within) could be forgiven for thinking that this year's was the first ever.
Why has the process burst into the limelight in its ninth year? The answer is that this was the first year that a budget had been introduced by a minority government.

Wonderful, Mr Scott advocates a growing of the Scottish bureaucracy and also identifies areas where his party did not address issues mentioned above, whilst in office.

The irony of citing the US is not lost on us, who see each and every LibDem policy costing the country not increasing it's revenue.

One can only conclude that the LibDems are the party of cant.

The Greens had more clout than the LibDems during the budget negotiations, and rightly so!

Tavish proposes changes to stop the LibDems hopelessly underperform (again). More self-serving stuff from a disparate bunch of egos.
