THIS week, the Scottish Government published the strategic business case the Scottish Futures Trust (SFT), the new vehicle for infrastructure investment in Scotland to secure new schools, hospitals and transport projects at better value to the public purse.
The business case outlines the intention to create a public sector company to provide advice and guidance in relation to infrastructure investment, and, possibly, a limited liability partnership to provide and/or co-ordinate funding.
