This proposal is a joke. When added to Clegg's 4p tax cut for UK it will mean the Scottish Government's revenue will be reduced by £2.4 billion per annum (almost 8% of the total budget. )Cutting a couple of quangos won't make much difference and Fib Dems can't say what services they will stop to pay for this.

Also they had 8 years in government and didn't cut any waste in that time.
