Bush writes to Korean leader

GEORGE Bush, the US president, has written to North Korea's leader, Kim Jong Il, to say Pyongyang must fulfil its promise to reveal all details of its nuclear programmes.
The letter from Mr Bush to the communist leader he has professed to loathe comes amid uncertainty over when and how North Korea will take agreed steps to disarm.
