Pair charged over Romanian attacks

TWO teenagers have been charged in connection with the racist attacks on Romanian families in Belfast, after 115 people sought refuge last week.
The pair, aged 15 and 16, were charged with provocative conduct and the 15-year-old with intimidation. They are due to appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court today.
