"Lulu and everyone are going to be there........"
Jack perhaps needs to get a grip. I certainly won't be there! I twice had the misfortune to hear Lulu when she was Marie Lawrie and the band was called The Gleneagles. A decent enough band but Lawrie's voice could have grated carrots! I note Lawrie / Lulu seems to have been to elecution lessons at some point in her career. Just as well because, when a young teenager, one almost felt the need to call for an interpreter.

>3 : Sellotape ~ "Lulu and everyone are going to be there and they're all big names."
What can this mean?
It means that 'Lulu' is as big as 'Bill' (Wyman) but bigger than 'Kev'. 'Al' is smaller than 'Kev' but 'Anastasia' is bigger than any of them. There is a railway station in Wales with a v..e..r..y big name but I don't imagine the station will be transported to the London "ball".
