MSP launches rural fund

A RURAL fund to benefit communities in East and Midlothian has been launched by Jim Hume, MSP for the South of Scotland.
He said: "I had a rural upbringing so I am interested in the environment and I am confident the Leader Programme will promote rural sustainability."
