MSP welcomes city venues' Olympic wins

EDINBURGH South MSP Mike Pringle has welcomed the news that Peffermill and the Commonwealth Pool have both been recommended as venues for pre-games training camps for the 2012 London Olympics.
The Commonwealth will be available to host camps for swimming and diving teams while Peffermill will be available to host camps for Hockey teams.

He said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for Edinburgh, with the potential to boost the economy."
