Report courts' failings

Anyone who has been let down by the civil courts in Scotland, or who knows of others who have suffered through the inadequate service provided, has an opportunity to intimate his/her thoughts to the Civil Courts Review. This is a long-awaited chance to air your grievances. The review is headed by the lord justice clerk, Lord Gill, and submissions must be lodged with Lindsey Nicoll, Civil Courts Review, The Signet Library, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RF, by 31 March, 2008.
Let us do all we can to expose and help clean up our civil courts' processes.

#1 - one quick way to clean up the court processes would be to bar people like you and your pals from clogging them up in the first place!

No name given? Obviously a crooked lawyer who benefits greatly from the inadequate, double-dealing, swindling civil courts' processes.
